Change in Blog theme

I figured, one must change focuses to conquer new mountains. It renwes the spirit, keeps one on the edge. While running is still a big part of my life, its not an exclusive central theme. Over the last few years, training for marathons provided a new meaning and energy , and I have many summits to climb in running. But I wanted this blog to be about more than just running. The changes made here reflect that change in perspective, so I am free to ponder on all topics and thoughts. The ultimate mission being, be in quest of bliss, sort of like the runners high in non-running activities as well.

that is great. there is a line in tne katha upanishad and the book is with you in the room. a master has to not merely learn and unleran but so practice that he merges into what ever he practices and become that: the subject of practice. so by constant practice you are not the runner seeing running from out side but the practice of run itself. or merge into run and become one with run or run itself.

STICK UP TO THE END. TO STRIVE TO SEEK AND NEVER TO YIELD.SO SAID CAPTAIN SCOT struggling against the salty waters. REF SCOTS TRAVELLOGUE.
ONCE YOU ARE ON THE TRACK KEEP PUTTING THE BEST OF YOU TILL YOU REACH THE UNSURMOUNTABLE HEIGHTS. BE IN THE RUN NEVER LOOK BACK OR AHEAD. THE REACH IS NEAR BY on each step improving each step NOT FAR OFF.

I am glad to hear that this blog is to be about more than running. You are multi-dimensional and your blog should mirror that. I am looking forward to seeing some stories that will be told by your new dimension ...the single lens reflex.
